Allegri agrees to replace Wenger

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has reached a verbal agreement with Arsenal to replace Arsene Wenger should he stand down.

Report according to the Daily Express on Tuesday after Arsenal’s “shameless” defeat to Bayern in the second leg of Champions league.

With Wenger’s future at the Emirates Stadium uncertain, Allegri is in pole position to take over if the Frenchman declines to extend his 20-year tenure beyond the end of 2016-17.
