He said that the operation came on the heels of similar discovery of 17 exotic vehicles in a property belonging to the former Customs Boss.
The EFCC spokesman said that operatives of the Commission’s Kaduna Zonal office, acting on intelligence, stormed the facility on Tuesday, Feb. 28, and executed a search warrant which led to the recovery of the items.
He said the items include: 42 brand new customised yellow-coloured tricycles; 16 brand new cargo motorcycles and one brand new white 32-seater Nissan civilian bus.
He said that one MAN Diesel Truck; 515 brand new imported rugs of different colours and sizes were also recovered.
The EFCC spokesman said further that two metal bullet proof Safes with the sum of N1,565 (one thousand five hundred and sixty five thousand Naira only) were also recovered.
He added that documents of transactions in different currencies within and outside the country were part of the items recovered.
