Nigerian reggae-dancehall singer, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, also known as Patoranking, on Saturday, won the ‘song of the year’ award at the MTV Music Africa Awards 2016, holding in Johannesburg South Africa.

The singer’s ‘My Woman’ which was released on his “God Over Everything” album, won him the award.

He fought off competition from several strong contenders to win the ‘song of the year’ category.
