Pogba arrives Man Utd for medical

Paul Pogba’s move to Manchester United has edged a step closer after a photo of the midfielder arriving for his medical emerged on Twitter.

The France international, who left United to join Juventus in 2012, is closing in on a return to Old Trafford from the Serie A champions for a world-record fee.

And it has since been revealed that Pogba has touched down in England after Manchester Airport snapped a picture of a plane that they hinted was carrying the player.

Photographers also snapped Pogba arriving at United’s Carrington training ground ahead of his protracted £89 million move.

United confirmed on Sunday that they had reached an agreement for Pogba to undergo a medical on the back of winning the Community Shield with a 2-1 win triumph over Leicester City.

Manager Jose Mourinho revealed after the match that he believes Pogba is arriving at the “perfect club” in United.
