The Organiser of Copa Lagos, Samson Adamu said, cleaning up the beach  was  the way of promoting beach culture and life style, saying that since 2010, they  have been doing the exercise and this initiative was  the way of given back to the community.

Every year we do go different beach to clean up, we have been using Eko Atlantic, but this year we are using Elebuish Beach because is the most active beach in Lagos, he said.

Adamu further said that gather everybody here, to clean the beach and then to promote beach life style
“Our Corporate Social Responsibility is to do our little part to ensure environmental sustainability. We are focusing on sensitization and education on sanitation and waste management through a plan to educate our staff and members of the community on environment friendly habits within the areas where we operate and conduct our business.”
