My life under serious threat, widow, mother of four cries out

A mother of four children who is also a widow has cried out for help after series of threats to her life.

The widow who identified herself as Bolanle Rasheedat Akinpelu narrated her ordeal in the hand of the family of her late husband after the death of her husband. She has been facing series of humiliation and threats to life which made her left the family house on exile.

Bolanle who is the fourth wife to her late husband had three children for the late Akinpelu. After her husband’s death, she was accused of killing her husband, an allegation that was not substantiated. She was also wrongly accused of being a witch which the family of the late husband took against her that she must be stoned to death according to the Yoruba culture.

According to some close sources, Having heard this dangerous plan against her, Bolanle had to run for her life which led her to seeking refuge with one of her friend at Mowe, Ogun state.
