Ogilvy moves to Nigerian market,to ensure good services

Ogilvy, a member of WPP group and an award winning integrated creative network that creates experience and communications for brands, has opened an Ogilvy  office in Nigeria. According to Group Chief Executive Ogilvy Mr Seni Adetu, ”the assurance is simple we are not just a creative agency or advertising agency we are create market solution, partnership with businesses to deliver bottom line”. 

Adetu further said that the opening of Ogilvy Nigeria was made possible after WPP acquired a 24.9% stake in first primus group. Ogilvy Nigeria will complement the other subsidiaries in the group by offering strategic and creative, he said.
Adetu explained that Ogilvy would deploy some investments that are going to put in the right  tools and corporate system to ensure  that multi national client  feel more comfortable during their marketing solutions within Nigeria as against taking them to abroad for global standard.
According to the Chief Executive EMEA, Mr Paul Donnell said: ”this is a long term undertaking. Now more than ever, companies are having conversations around exactly what it means to be a brand. Nigeria companies are thinking more strategically about who they want to be on the global stage Donnell said.
He further said that we see a new generation of global companies emerging in Nigeria  and we hope that this new office can be a hub facilitating their access to our global Ogilvy and WPP network for their global branding efforts.
