BREAKING: Horror ‘Friday’ as helicopter crashes into Ikeja home, kills 2

Two persons were on Friday confirmed dead as a helicopter crashed into a residential building at the highbrow Opebi area of Ikeja, Lagos State.

Eyewitnesses said that the incident occurred around 12 noon at House Number 16A, Salvation Road, Opebi.

Meanwhile, officials of the Lagos Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) and firefighters are currently at the scene, where two persons have been confirmed dead and one injured victim rushed to the hospital.

Ibrahim Farinloye, spokesman at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Tunji Oketunbi of Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) and Okunbor Nosa of LASEMA have all confirmed the accident which involved the helicopter owned by Quorun Aviation Limited.
