Pinnick dream of Nigeria’s Super Eagles in 2018 World Cup

Despite Nigeria Football Federation’s financial difficulties, president of the Glass House, Amaju Pinnick has insisted that the Super Eagles will qualify for the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia.

The former Delta state FA chairman during an interview with Goal.com on Wednesday said that his dream is to see the three-time African champions in the semis of the football showpiece.

“We have a good coach and the best set of players in Africa, and I believe these two factors will help us qualify for Russia 2018.

“My dream is not just to qualify for the World Cup but to reach the last four of the tournament.

“We don’t have all the funds we needed right now but I’m sure the team is currently in a good hands.”

Pinnick claims that will not affect Gernot Rohr’s men chances of picking a World Cup ticket.
