INEC to deploy 21,947 personnel for Kogi, Bayelsa polls
Nigeria’s Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) has said that it will deploy 21,947 personnel for the conduct of the gubernatorial elections in Kogi and Bayelsa states.
The elections is scheduled for Saturday 21st November and Saturday 5th December 2015.
For the Kogi governorship election 12,120 officers will be deployed, and 9,827 officers will be deployed for the Bayelsa governorship elections.
A breakdown of personnel to be deployed in the Kogi governorship election is as follows:

- Registration Area Collation Officers 239
- Supervisory Presiding Officers 255
- Presiding Officers (NYSC) 2,548
- Assistant Presiding Officers (I,II, and III) 7,644
- Assistant Presiding Officers (VP) 883
- Reserve APOs (5%) of APOs (NYSC) 426
- LGA Supervisors + Head Quarters 1 Reserve 22
- Registration Area Cluster Supervisors + HQ 1 Reserve 80
- Constituency Supervisor 1
Total 12, 120
