Adamawa varsity suspends Bursar over funds mismanagement
The Governing council of Adamawa State University (ADSU) that was newly inaugurated in Mubi has suspended Mr Kumthi Anjili, the university Bursar for financial unfaithfulness.
A statement by Alhaji Hassan Tanko, University Registrar, on Thursday in Yola, accused Anjili of many financial mismanagement
The letter reads “that the council was not satisfied with the services of the Bursar in respect to the financial management in the University.”
The letter also directed the suspended Bursar to hand over the Prado Jeep in his position to the University management.
NEWSVERGE recall that the suspended bursar has a running case in the EFCC and the ICPC concerning financial misappropriation in the university.
