Sallah: Dana Air assures passengers of quality services
The Chief Operating Officer, Mr Obi Mbanuzuo, during a chat with our reporter in Lagos said that the airline was making arrangements to ensure that it’s machines that went for maintenance were brought back to meet the demands of teeming passengers.
Mbanuzuo noted that the absence of two airlines Aero Contractors and FirstNation Airways has greatly led to upsurge in Passenger traffic making some routes unattended.
Describing it as a great challenge, Mbanuzuo said Dana Air was trying to see how to cover up the gap provided as a result of the two airlines that stopped operations by providing more flights as its crew were ready to operate.
He advised passengers to book ahead for the best fares and to avoid rush during the Sallah period adding that the airline will satisfy it’s passengers demands.
According to him, the airline will maintain its frequencies and possibly fly to conducive areas where necessary facilities for such operations were available in the evenings.
Mbanuzuo appealed to the minister of state aviation to by making it stress-free to get aircraft into the country easily as a result of difficulty in getting Forex.
