Angry workers shutdown Mouka Foam nationwide

Mouka Foam Nigeria has this morning shut down operation over Staff Hardship Allowance and sack of Eboka Goddy and finally thwarts Union protest with police presence in Lagos.

NEWSVERGE gather that since September 2016, a letter to demand for hardship allowance to cushion the present economic down by the staff was made but all effort not avail.

After a strong protest by the union, the company decided to add a token of N10, 000 as hardship allowance with effect from March 2017 and shun the accumulated arrears.

This triggered the union reaction in conjunction with the sack of the strong viable personality in the company who has been the voice to the voiceless people demanding for the reversal of the Yearly Product Pack gift of about 64 by 8 inches in size given to staff.
