ASKY Airlines commences direct Lagos-Johannesburg flight

ASKY Airlines has announced its new direct flight between Lagos and Johannesburg effective from April 8.

The Airline’s Communications Consultant, Chukwuemeka Chigozie, said in a statement on Friday in Abuja, that the airline would also commence a new non-stop service between Lomé and Johannesburg on the same date.

Chigozie said with the flight, Johannesburg would join the growing ASKY network currently operating from Lagos and Lomé.

“Passengers will be able to connect between Johannesburg and ASKY’s entire network in West and Central Africa, including Abidjan, Bamako, Conakry, Dakar, Douala, Lagos, Libreville, Niamey, Ouagadougou and Yaoundé.

“Passengers in many of these markets will be able to reduce hours of flying with this new connection over the current schedules offered in the markets.

“The flight will be operated with 737-800 aircraft, configured with 16 business class seats and 138 economy seats and tickets can be booked at all ASKY offices or your usual travel agents,’’ he said.
