Infrastructure: council boss scores governor Amosun high
A Local Government Chairman in Ogun State, Alhaji Jamiu Balogun of
Obafemi-Owode has commended the executive Governor’s of Ogun State and
scored him high on infrastructural development in the State.
Mr Balogun noted that about 7 years ago before the emergence of the
incumbent Governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, the State
was a clear sample of a failed State.
”Thank God for the emergence of the sage, Senator Ibikunle Amosun as
the executive governor of Ogun state in 2011. He has been sent by God
to rescue the state from failure and backwardness”. Said the
Chairman.
Commending the governor in his statement, Mr Balogun said, the
Governor deserves honours for making life more meaningful to people
through the provision of infrastructural facilities in various
communities in the state. Jamiu Balogun therefore, seeks more support
from the good people of the State to continue embracing good
governance at all time.
The Local Government Chairman, Mr Balogun, believes that the
administration of Governor Amosun has indeed demonstrated its
commitment towards not only rebuilding the State, but given the
citizenry true dividends of democracy.
He said: ”all progressive minded people of the State should support
him in his quest to place the State in the world map of a Model State.
If truly road infrastructure is a major aspect of good governance,
what the current administration has done so far and still doing in the
State, in terms of road construction should be commended and
appreciated by all and sundry”.
