CDHR declares Malachy’s administration a nullity
The Committee for Defence of Human Rights (CDHR) has urged the public to discountenance the recent disclaimer in the Vanguard Newspaper of 6th December, where the National Executive Committee and Executives of Cdhr Lagos branch were said to have been suspended and expelled, disclosing the nullification of Ex-President’s tenure.
Comrade Rowland Ayodele John, the General Secretary of the organisation made the disclosure in a release, stating that the attention of the National President of the CDHR Comrade Olugbenga Soloki has been drawn to the said publication signed by an alleged impostor by name Henry Peter Ekine.
Rowland noted that contrary to the spurious claims, the body has made a unanimous decision ratified at a 2-days Annual General Conference held in Lagos State, which is not controvertible.
“On October 21st-22nd cdhr expelled the following former members;Barrister Malachy Ugwumadu, the ex-president,Idris Saka (vice President),Chikwuendu Chibuzor James,Oduleye Victor and Dahiru Balama, for abuse of office and the cdhr constitution 2005,flagrant violation of due process and rule of law.
The National Council also directed that owing to disregard for National directives, fraudulent conduct and forgery, the Ex-president administration’s decision and actions are nullified, while the criminal conduct of Malachy led administration as observed be immediately brought to the notice of the Police which is currently under investigation”.
