EPL: Manager Pardew leaves rock-bottom West Brom
West Bromwich Albion manager Alan Pardew on Monday left the bottom-of-the-table English Premier League clubside by mutual consent.
The club said in a brief statement that it had a discussion with the manager to arrive at the decision.
“West Bromwich Albion and Alan Pardew have agreed to mutually part company following discussions between both parties,” it said on Twitter.
The club also said first-team coach Darren Moore would take over until further notice.
Pardew was only appointed four months ago to improve West Brom’s standing on the Premier League table.
However, the former Crystal Palace boss had not been able to improve their fortune, with the club all but sure of dropping to the Championship next season.
