On Air Personality (OAP) Toke Makinwa, a.k a Toks says its best to move on rather than use success to get back on an ex partner.

The TV host and Vlogger gave the advice via her instagram @tokemakinwa on Wednesday in reaction to a statement credited to Lady Gaga about her ex after she accepted her Oscar awards.

“You know how people always think the best revenge to serve an ex is show off when you are doing well, errrrr…

“Success is not the best revenge, moving on is. Imagine if she stayed glued to that toxic situation? No power greater than picking up yourself and moving on from it all,’’ she wrote.

“They say success is the best revenge, I think not. I hate to think that all my hard work is hinged on proving a point to anyone.

“Your success is yours and no revenge to nobody. Moving on, beating the odds, truly healing from that situation is the best revenge.

“There’s something liberating about coming out on the other side unscathed, that is your win.

Toks who doubles as a motivational speaker, expressed the hope that her message will get to someone who needs to hear it.

Meanwhile, Toks while giving fans some dose of her relationship desires stated “I want to fall sooooooo deeply in love, make lots and lots and lots of money, travel the world, and discover new places.

“See the world, have some Bambinos, serve God and glow till eternity,’’ she wrote.

Toks had filed for divorce from her estranged husband in March 2016 on grounds that he committed adultery.

She also spilled details of her failed marriage in her memoir titled, ‘On Becoming.’
