EFCC arrests vote buyers in Kwara, Benue
Men of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Saturday, nabbed alleged vote buyers in Ilorin, Kwara State and Makurdi, Benue State.
The Agency revealed on its Twitter handle, that one Abdulkareem Abdulsalem was caught sharing money to voters in Ilorin, Kwara State capital.

“Operatives of the EFCC Ilorin Zonal Office, Kwara State, arrest Abdulkareem Abdulsalem for sharing money to voters on Election Day at Unit 7, Kwara State College of Education.”
In the same vein, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission intercepted bags full of cash believed to be meant for vote-buying at North Bank Area, Makurdi, Benue State.

According to a tweet by the anti-graft agency, its operatives were on patrol when they intercepted some individuals carrying the alleged bags of cash.
“In an attempt to arrest the culprit, some thugs attacked operatives and vandalised the bus used for patrol. #SayNoToVoteBuying”, the tweet read.
