British Airways commends agency’s commitment to service delivery in West Africa

British Airways (BA) has commended Finchglow Travel Agency for its commitment to service delivery thus emerging the top-selling agent in West Africa.

British Airways’ Regional Commercial Manager, Mr Kola Olayinka, gave the commendation when the airline presented an award to the agency.

This is contained in a press statement issued by Tiarhan Oghenejode of QuadrantMSL.com., the agency that handles the media activities of BA.

It was made available to our reporter in Lagos on Monday.

She quoted Olayinka as saying, “Our partners are an extension of our British Airways family and we have a strong standing relationship that we value with each and every one of them; new and old.

“We are always delighted to celebrate the hard work and dedication shown by them and this particular honour goes to Finchglow Travel Agency.”

He added that the recognition was done to appreciate its trade partners for their contributions to the airline’s performance in 2018.

The statement also quoted the Group Managing Director for Finchglow Travel Agency, Bankole Bernard, to have received the award on behalf of his organisation.

He reaffirmed his organisation’s commitment to British Airways describing BA as the foremost airline,that had been making travel seamless in the region, the statement said.

He also applauded the professionalism of the British Airways’ team and their readiness to always support, strategize and do joint marketing with their trade partners.

The statement said that BA gave a plaque, certificates and a business class ticket to the agent to travel on any location on British Airways network.
