Synagogue admits TB Joshua’s death as members say ‘he will rise again’
Against the denial of Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua who is also referred to as TB Joshua’s death, the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) on Sunday finally confirm the demise of its founder.
TB Joshua was 57 at the time of his death.
When NEWSVERGE gathered that the Nigerian popular pastor died in the early hour of Saturday, 5/6/2021, a call was push through to the church and a pastor who did not confirm his name said, “Prophet T.B. Joshua is very much alive. He’s right now praying on the mountain.”
Meanwhile, hundreds of the church members gathered around the church entrance expressing shock at the cleric’s passage while many believe he (TB Joshua) will rise again.
Also, a church member expressed disbelief at the news of Mr Joshua’s passage.
“I don’t believe, if it the will of God for him, he will come back. My father will come back, by the grace of God. He has worked and worked,” the woman said.
According to social media communique posts on his ministry’s official Facebook account stated that the pastor died on Saturday.
In the statement, “God has taken His servant Prophet TB Joshua home – as it should be by divine will. His last moments on earth were spent in the service of God. This is what he was born for, lived for, and died for,” the church’s statement partly reads.
The communique however did not stipulate the true cause of his death.
