NCPC holds leadership training for staff, demands quality service

The Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission, has commenced leadership training for staff of the commission to enhance their capacity in the management of pilgrims.

The ‘Corporate Leadership And People Management Skills Training’, opened in Lagos on Thursday.

This is contained in a statement signed by Mr Celestine Toruka, NCPC Head of Media and Publicity, and made available to our correspondent in Abuja.

Speaking at the event, the Director, Special Duties of the commission, Mr Peter Okhuleigbe, admonished the participants to take advantage of the training to enhance their performance.

The director further enjoined the staff to ensure that the vision and mission of the NCPC were achieved through commitment and quality service delivery.

He commended the Executive Secretary, Rev. Yakubu Pam for his commitment to staff welfare and development.

“This year’s training programme for all the staff of the commission is the second in the series of staff training under his watch as the third substantive Chief Executive of the Commission,” he said.
