Court dismisses Nnamdi Kanu’s fundamental rights suit against DSS

A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Friday, dismissed the fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by leader of the prosrcibed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) against the Department of States Services (DSS).
