A political pressure group in Nasarawa State known as “Engr. Abdullahi Sule Re-election Contact Committee”, says the governor remains the best option for the people of the state.

This, the committee said, considering the governor’s developmental strides across the state.

Mr Gabriel Agbashi, the Chairman of the group, said this during its consultation visits to the state Association of Vulcanizers in Nigeria and Farmers Support Group in Lafia on Monday.

Agbashi said that the group is out to drum support for the re-election bid of Sule to succeed beyond 2023.

”There are so many things that His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi Sule has done and still doing which have direct bearing on the lives of the people of the state.

“His Excellency’s achievements will earn him second term come 2023,” he said.

Agbashi urged the people of the state to support Sule to succeed beyond 2023.

Besides, he urged the people of the state, who are yet to collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to do so.

“This is to enable them vote Gov. Abdullahi Sule and other credible candidates come 2023,” he added.

Responding, Mr Suleiman Usman, the Chairman of Association of Vulcanizers in Nigeria, appreciated the group for educating them on the good policies and programmes of the state government.

Usman also said that Sule deserved second term come 2023.

The chairman assured the governor of their support to succeed.
