Abel, a security guard, who resides in Alapere, Ketu, Lagos and Christopher, whose occupation, address was not provided, are being tried on a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.

They, however, pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Mrs M.O. Tanimola.

The prosecutor, Insp. Donjour Perezi, told the court that the defendants and some persons at large committed the offences on Aug. 12.
