APC Anambra assures of victory in 2023

Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra, Mr Basil Ejidike, said in Awka on Thursday that members have huge confidence to win the 2023 general elections.

He told a news conference that the party in the state has full confidence in its presidential candidate, Sen. Bola Tinubu and his running mate Sen. Kashim Shettima.

“We are ready and we are on ground to canvass for winning votes for all APC candidates in Anambra.

“We are not doubtful of the party’s developmental agenda for the people, and we are strongly committed to achieve total victory for our party.

“All we ask the public is to be open-minded and to accept the transformational agenda of our party come 2023,” Ejidike said.

Ejidike, however, appealed that after victory had been secured, the incoming government should reward only those who stood by the party in terms of appointments.

In his remarks, APC chairman in Anaocha Local Government Area, Mr Francis Chimezie, echoed Ejidike’s pronouncement and assured of victory for the party.

He expressed confidence that the party would win majority votes in all of polling units because the party has capable hands.
