BREAKING: INEC declares Sanwo-Olu Winner in Lagos

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has been re-elected in Lagos State.

He got a total of 762,134 votes, knocking out Labour Party candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, who got 312,329 votes, and Abdul-Azeez Adediran (Jandor), who scored 62,449 votes.

About 48 hours after the election process began, Sanwo-Olu was declared the winner at 1:15 am on Monday.

In the commission’s state collation center, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) disclosed the outcomes, but not before the LP collation agent denounced the process.
