2023 Workers’ Day: Ondo APC applauds workers for industrial harmony

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, has applauded the State workforce for sustaining industrial harmony in the state.

The State Chairman of APC, Mr Ade Adetimehin, in a statement on Monday in Akure, said the unprecedented achievements recorded by the APC-led government in the state could not have been possible in an atmosphere of industrial unrest and avoidable crisis.

Adetimehin assured the workers that the state government, under the leadership of Gov. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, would not take their support and encouragements for granted.

He commended the government for its sincerity towards repositioning the state workforce.

He added that the issue of regular payment of salaries was taken seriously by the government.

Adetimehin expressed appreciation for the workers’ sympathy and support that resulted in the landslide victory for the ruling party in the recent general election.

The chairman assured that Sen. Bola Tinubu-led federal government when inaugurated would take Nigeria to greater heights.

“As you celebrate today, I urge you to reflect on the gains of APC in Ondo State, and be rest assured that the APC-led government will continue to prioritize your welfare. Happy celebration,” he said.
