2 ships with petrol awaiting berth at Lagos port

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on Tuesday said that two ships had arrived the Lagos Port Complex and were waiting to berth with petrol.

The authority said that 23 other ships were expected at the port as from May 9 to May 25 with general cargo, frozen fish, container, petrol, base oil, bulk wheat and bulk gypsum.

Others expected, it listed as: butane gas, bulk fertilizer, pro/butane gas and soya oil.

It said that 18 other ships were discharging general cargo, bulk wheat, frozen fish, petrol, container, base oil, bulk gypsum, bulk sugar and broken glass.
