Digital health award winner pledges support for better health management

The Chief Executive Officer, Cranium Integrated Solutions, Mr Kunle Adesida, on Tuesday pledged support for improved and better healthcare delivery across Africa.

Adesida told the our correspondent in Lagos that his support would be through digital health solutions that ensured seamless health care delivery.

The CEO said that such solutions would ensure adequate healthcare delivery for all even to the rural areas.

According to him, access to healthcare delivery in rural areas and even some urban areas could be a challenge and digital health solutions helps to reach out to such areas.

Adesida said such solutions, which one could receive teatment from the comfort of the home with government support, would improve healthcare management.

“The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and all the stakeholders in the healthcare industry should enhance and support the system.

“The support should be by automating the healthcare processes with worldwide acceptable standards while considering local content and indigenous applications.

He said this would achieve the Sustainable Development Goal 3 established by the United Nations

Adesida, also co-founder, Cranium Intergrated Solutions, said so much work had gone into the development of Cranium specifically built for seamless workflows of healthcare delivery.

He said that the cranium had a sound data protection inclusion powered by artificial intelligence, to ensure compliance with necessary regulatory bodies all geared towards safety of data and protection of data subject.

Our correspondent reports that earlier, Adesida was awarded the Digital Healthcare Personality of the Year 2023 under the common seal of African Leadership Review Hall of Fame.

The award was at the Africa Leadership Excellence Annual Summit and Awards 2023.

Adesida, while pledging continuous support for improved health management, appreciated the organisers, stakeholders, shareholders and his wife, Mrs Uzoma Adesida, for her tireless support.
