Foundation donates furniture, other materials to NYCN in Edo

A private organization, Arigbe Victor Foundation, on Friday donated furniture and television sets to the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Edo Chapter, to enhance the council’s operational efficiency.

Donating the items on behalf of the Foundation, Mr Ikechukwu Mordi, the Edo State Representative of the Foundation, said the donation was in fulfilment of the pledge made by the foundation during the inauguration of the leadership of the council.

Mordi said, “In celebration of your resounding election success and to honor our pledge made during the inauguration, it is with great pleasure that we present to you a set of office furnishing items.

“We hope that these items will enhance the council’s operational efficiency and provide a conducive environment for the team to effectively serve the youths of Edo State.

“These items not only symbolize our commitment to supporting the council’s noble cause but also serve as a tangible representation of our belief in your vision and your team’s ability to make a positive difference.

“We are aware of the immense responsibility that comes with leading such a prestigious organization, and we want you to know that you have our unwavering support,” Mordi said.

According to him, the Arigbe Victor Foundation is committed to working with you and your team, pooling our resources, knowledge, and experience to empower the youths of Edo State.

Responding, the state Chairman of the Youth Council, Comrade Moses Agwinede, thanked members of the foundation for the kind gesture.

Agwinede said he was overwhelmed by the show of love and support, adding that the foundation had left an indelible mark in the hearts of youths in the state

He promised to maintain and put the items to good use for the purpose they were donated.
