Polaris Bank on Tuesday appreciated its customers and staff for their patronage and commitment to excellent service over the years, in commemoration of the 2023 Customer Service Week.

It was reported that the theme of the 2023 Customer Service Week holding from Oct. 2 to Oct.6 is: “Team Service”.

In a statement in Lagos, Ms Bukola Oluyadi, Polaris Bank’s Group Head, Customer Experience and Value Management, at an annual event to commemorate the week, said customers and staff are integral parts of the bank’s system.

According to him, both are valued and celebrated.

Oluyadi explained that the staff who deliver exceptional support daily, and the esteemed customers with continuous loyalty and patronage, are the basis for business success.

“The theme: ‘Team Service’, is particularly unique, being an important reminder that no matter where frontline representatives are working, their job titles, or how they serve customers, everyone is on the same team.

“Polaris Bank’s entrenched culture of customer appreciation earned it the most improved bank under the retail segment in the 2022 KPMG Customer Experience Survey result.

“Moving up five places to sixth position and third level under the SME segment, respectively,” she said.

According to her, as customer preferences evolve in this digital era, the bank will continue to explore innovative ways to serve and delight its customers to the best of its abilities.

Oluyadi commended the staff of the bank across the country for their dedication to duty.

She noted that the staff have resolved to continue to deliver solutions that excites the bank’s customers.

“Our robust customer service delivery underscores the magic of our services delivered by a team of dedicated staff,” Oluyadi said.

Polaris Bank, adjudged Digital Bank of the Year in 2021 and 2022 by BusinessDay, Banks and Other Financial Institutions (BAFI) Awards, is a customer-centric bank positioned to deliver industry-defining products, services, and platforms across all the key market segments.
