Ade-John appreciates Tinubu for privilege to serve

Mrs Lola Ade-John, former Minister of Tourism, has expressed gratitude to president Bola Tinubu for the opportunity to serve Nigeria as the Minister of Tourism.

It was reported that President Tinubu announced on Wednesday, the merger of the two ministries into the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy.

Ade-John’s letter of appreciation was contained in statement on Friday in Abuja.

She said it was a profound honuor to work toward Tinubu’s vision for a thriving tourism sector, under the ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ with a focus on sustainable, community-centered tourism.

Ade-John expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the first lady Oluremi Tinubu, for her steadfast encouragement and her dedication in promoting tourism, as a key driver of national pride and unity.

She further said that her support had been a tremendous source of inspiration.

“I am deeply thankful to the people of Nigeria and to the hardworking staff of the Ministry, whose dedication made our achievements possible.

“Thank you Mr President for your trust, it has been a privilege to contribute to this administration’s goals.

“I remain committed to Nigeria’s progress,” she said.
