“I now feel content that I have come myself to see you and to sympathise with you.
“I purposely came to make sure it was never late for me to sympathise with you for the unfortunate incident,” Buhari said.
Buhari who was accompanied by the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, and four other former Ministers also visited the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Umar-Garbai El-Kanemi.
In his remarks, Gov. Zulum thanked Buhari for the concern shown, assuring him that the people of Borno remain grateful to him.
Zulum noted the laudable projects executed in Borno under Buhari’s administration, particularly in areas of security, humanitarian support and Gas power plant to tackle the problem of power supply in Maiduguri and environs.
