EEDC pledges to continue prioritising customers’ satisfaction
The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) says it will continue to place the rights and satisfaction of customers at the centre of its operations as a matter of corporate policy.
Mr Emeka Ezeh, the Group Head, Corporate Communications of EEDC said this on Monday at a formal invitation of customers to a 3-Day Customer Complaints Resolution Meeting scheduled between Sept. 4 and Sept.6 in Awka.
Ezeh said the meeting, to be organised by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), was in line with the company’s mandate to create awareness on the rights and obligations of customers.
He urged customers in Abagana, Awka, Ekwulobia, Nnewi, Obosi, Ogbaru, Ogidi, and Onitsha districts all in Anambra to endeavour to attend as their complaints would be entertained and addressed instantly.
“The management of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company Plc (EEDC) invites our esteemed customers in Anambra State to a 3-Day Customer Complaints Resolution Meeting.
“This meeting will be held from Thursday 4th to Saturday 6th Sept., 2025 at Hilton Leisure Resorts and Hotels Limited off Enugu-Onitsha Expressway, Awka.
“There will be on-the-spot resolution of complaints,” he said.
Ezeh urged EEDC customers to attend with their complaints as it would also be an opportunity for feedback and responses for better electricity service delivery.
