Justice James Omotosho, in a ruling, held that the Department of State Services (DSS) has made out a prima facie case against Kanu for him to enter his defence in the allege terrorism trial.

The judge held that the evidence presented by the prosecution through its five withensses were such that there was the need for the IPOB leader to provide some explanations in the offences with which he was charged.

Justice Omotosho, then, adjourned the matter until Oct. 8 for the hearing of the report of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA).
