Air Peace Ltd., on Friday, announced the resumption of daily return flights between Ibadan and Abuja, from Dec. 24, following a reopening of the Ibadan Airport.

The airline disclosed this in a statement to newsmen in Lagos, by its spokesperson, Mr Efe Osifo-Whiskey.

He said that the resumption follows Air Peace’s response to the demand of passengers, especially travelers in Oyo State and surrounding regions, who are seeking access to the nation’s capital.

He noted that fares on the Ibadan-Abuja route, starting from ₦95,000, will offer customers an affordable travel option during the high-traffic festive season and beyond.

Osifo-Whiskey added that the resumption was further strengthened by the airline’s growing fleet, following recent arrival of its third Embraer 190 aircraft.

According to him, the move will enhance schedule reliability, route flexibility, and overall service delivery across its domestic operations.

The airline consequently, reaffirms its dedication to connecting underserved markets, easing travel stress for passengers, and supporting socio-economic activities through dependable air transport solutions.
