Bolt-Send, an on-demand delivery service operated by ride-hailing platform Bolt, says it has completed more than six million deliveries in Nigeria in 2026.

Ms Caroline Wanjihia, Regional Director, Rides Operations, Bolt Africa, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday.

She said the milestone reflected growing adoption of app-based delivery services by individuals and businesses for moving packages, documents and commercial goods.

According to her, the service recorded 37 per cent year-on-year growth through the 42nd week of 2025.

“Six million deliveries is not just a number. It represents six million moments where someone needed something to move and trusted Bolt-Send to make that happen,” she said.

Wanjihia said the company remained committed to making the service reliable and accessible to users.

She said the service supports small businesses in fulfilling customer orders while helping individuals manage daily errands.

It was reported that the six million deliveries were recorded between January and October.

Available in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Owerri, Bolt-Send enables users to arrange deliveries through the Bolt app without travelling to their destinations.
