2027: Fintiri tasks area development administrators to support APC

Gov. Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa has urged Area Development Administrators to mobilise grassroots support for All Progressive Congress ‘ candidates in the forthcoming general elections.

Fintiri made the call when he received the Forum of Area Development Administrators, led by its Chairman, Mr Emmanuel Lawan on Friday in Yola.

He described the administrators as key stakeholders in facilitating community development and grassroots politics.

The governor commended the forum for its contributions to grassroots development.

“The achievements recorded by my administration were made possible through your support and collaboration”. Fintiri said.

He urged the administrators to encourage residents to support APC candidates to sustain development efforts across the state.

Fintiri lauded the forum for recognising the importance of community participation in governance.

Earlier, Lawan said they were at the Government House to commend and identify with the governor’s achievements.

“We are here to acknowledge your achievements and support your senatorial ambition.

“In addition, we appreciate the opportunity given to us to serve our communities,” Lawan said.

He pledged the forum’s support for APC candidates and urged voters, particularly in Adamawa North, to support Fintiri’s senatorial ambition.

The forum presented a Siena bus and five bundles of wrappers to Fintiri as contributions towards the campaign efforts of the governor and President Bola Tinubu.
