FedEx unveils “Pay Less, Ship More” promo, assures better service delivery

In a bid to give more to its customers, the Nigeria leading shipping company, FedEx Red Express has introduced “Pay Less, Ship More” promo starting from December 01, 2015 to January 15, 2016.
Speaking during the unveiling of the promo in Lagos, Mr. Sule Umar Bichi, Managing Director, FedEx, said that the offer will ensure that customers save as much as 50 per cent on each package using the shipping services.
Umar Bichi, said though FedEx Red Star Express has enjoyed great loyalty from its customers and believed it is time to reward them.
“The offer is for both loyal and new customers who require simplicity in sending their packages at lower rates across Nigeria.
“We are a company that values our relationship with our different stakeholders and we are constantly looking for means to stay connected to them.
“This is the driving force behind our corporate vision to be the logistics company of first choice known for global best practices and our mission to provide value added logistics solutions that will be secure and effective”, Umar Bichi said.
Also, Victor Ukwat, Sales General Manager, stated that “Red Star believes in maximizing the utility of customers. However to appreciate its customers during the festive period, we are out to reward every customer with as much as 50 per cent offer their regular delivery spending.
Ukwat however mentioned that the company intends to use the promo offer to appreciate its customers for their patronage, strengthen the bond its share, stimulate trial by new customers, and create top of the mind awareness.
“The Red Star promo page is created on the existing website and other social media platforms in order to help customers’ access information easily”, he said.
