Ayra Starr, ZAYN’s ‘Heaven Baby’ peaks at No. 31 on Global chart

Nigerian Afrobeats singer Oyinkansola Aderibigbe, popularly known as Ayra Starr, has peaked at No. 31 on the Global Shazam Top Songs chart with “Heaven Baby”, featuring British singer ZAYN.

Entertainment platform @thedebuthub reported that the song recorded a 40-place rise to reach the position on the global chart.

Released as part of Ayra Starr’s third studio album, “STARRGIRL”, “Heaven Baby” has become one of the album’s leading tracks since its release on Aug. 14.

“Heaven Baby” features ZAYN, formerly of British-Irish boy band One Direction, and is one of several songs featuring international artistes on the 16-track album.

It was reported that “STARRGIRL” also features Nigerian artistes Wizkid and Rema, alongside international artistes including Leon Thomas, kwn, Theodora and Danny Ocean.

The album is Ayra Starr’s third studio project, following her debut album, “19 & Dangerous”, released in 2021, and sophomore album, “The Year I Turned 21”, released in 2024.
